By using YT Shorts Uploader ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is a personal tool for preparing and publishing your own short videos to your own connected accounts.

1. Your account & content

• You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the videos you upload.
• You confirm you own, or have the right to publish, any content you upload, including audio, voices, and any cloned voices.
• You will comply with the rules of each platform you publish to (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a platform's community guidelines.
• Do not use the app to impersonate others or to clone another person's voice without their consent.

3. Authorization

When you connect a platform account, you grant the app permission to publish videos on your behalf, limited to the actions you explicitly trigger. You may revoke this at any time via the app or the platform's connected-apps settings.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Uploads depend on third-party platforms and may fail, be delayed, or be limited by those platforms' policies and quotas.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including failed uploads, account actions, or content moderation by third-party platforms.
